I figured I'd try my hand at writing a journal, if only to celebrate not having school for three blissful months. This means lots of time to play video games, read books, and write, and a release from much of the stress of the year. Unfortunately, stress is my best muse, so I doubt I'll be writing anything worth reading. I'll keep writing no doubt, but without the deep unsettled feeling of chronic stress nothing interesting appears to capture. I think I have one more hope for proper inspiration, but I fear if I try to grasp it the hope will crumble. Maybe I can find a poem in that feeling, but in the mean time, I have the four-disc epic Lost Odyssey to contend with. I would highly recommend it to any gamer who, like me, enjoy the story as much as, if not more than, the gameplay. Even if you don't like video games, but you enjoy reading a good SF or fantasy novel and have an Xbox 360 available, I recommend picking up the game just for the storytelling and relatively casual pace of play. Sometimes I myself forget I'm not reading a novel or watching some masterful film. Now back to killing Kelolons....

You're welcome! I remember when I was young my mother had sunflowers in her garden that were sometimes almost two meters tall. Your picture reminded me of them =)
